Stanford 1st Place Men's 8K Championship Race - Nuttycombe Wisconsin Cross Country Invitational 2022

Stanford placed five scorers in the top 30 to capture its first men's 8-kilometer championship team title since 2012 with 54 points at the 13th Nuttycombe Wisconsin Cross Country Invitational at the Thomas Zimmer Championship course in Madison. Ky Robinson became the first Stanford individual to triumph since Maxim Korolev in 2014, clocking 23:09.9, the fastest performance at Nuttycombe since the course was redesigned in 2018. Charles Hicks took third in 23:12.7, Cole Sprout secured seventh in 23:18.6, Devin Hart placed 13th in 23:26.0 and Meika Beaudoin-Rousseau grabbed 30th in 23:36.1 for the Cardinal to produce a 54-89 victory against Brigham Young. Nolan Topper took 101st in 24:03.8, Robert DiDonato secured 111th in 24:07.5 and Thomas Boyden was spiked in the leg in the early part of the race and finished 119th in 24:11.4 for Stanford.
